You can install the same thing i did and do great with it.
A vacuum gage works great. The object is regulate you vac pressure in the green zone and they will save you a ton of money.
That was covered by ABC this past week and the ONLY item they came up that tested good was a device that sits on the dash and has a row of leds on it and an audio out-put and monitors your driving habits and monitors your excess fuel usage. NONE of the marketed items gave any noticeable real increase and some even gave a decrease in fuel mileage. There are things one can do, such as changing the air filter and carrying the right amount of air in your tires.
HHO gas conversion can be done relatively cheap. In addition to gas savings, it will give your car more power, cleaner engine, and get tax credits.
