just the normal stuff
air filter, fuel filter, tire pressure kept up, you could try to get a tornado for your car..
I lighter foot, accelerating slowly, anticipating traffic, driving under the speed limit, properly inflating your tires can get you as much as a 30% improvement. You will also get dirty looks and honked at as you putt putt along.
You will spend way more money adding things to get better mileage than you will ever recover. At best you might improve it a few tenths of a mpg……….md
I was searching the internet about how you can use the water to run your car.
I found this website that says, “Free technology lets you increase your gas mileage by 50% or more in any car or truck, clean your engine, and save the environment.”
You can check that out and see what they can offer.

Lokelani.
Nothing. The EPA has tested some 120 gizmo’s that claim to increase fuel economy. According to their tests none of them work.
Keep your vehicle properly maintained and use your right foot sparingly. That is all you can really do.
Try a high quailty synthetic oil like AMSOIL. This will reduce friction
reduce heat less wear reduce emisions. Allow you to drive 35,000mi
or once a year on one oil change. They also have 4year 1000,000mi
air filters. change the oil and filters you can save about 3-5%on fuel
